This section is underwritten by Groupama Insurance Company. It covers the clubs’ or schools’ legal & professional fees, costs & expenses up to an aggregate limit of indemnity of £65,000. The cover is for legal proceedings in respect of the following:

• Commercial Legal Advice
• Employment Representation Prosecution
• Prosecution Defence (including employees)
• Business motoring (including employees)
• Personal Injury
• Property Legal Protection
• Tax, VAT, PAYE, NIC Investigations

Optional Covers

There are also further optional covers available and these are Debt Recovery, Contract Disputes & Employment Disputes. A special quotation will be given for these.

Premium

£79.50 in full for the basic cover. The optional covers will be charged separately.
